Another SignPlot upgrade
Announcing SignPlot v3.75: the second major upgrade this year.
Once again, we have nearly cleared the ‘wish list’ by implementing almost everything on it.
Those using our SignPlot traffic sign design software can now upgrade to the latest version. This includes improvements suggested at user groups that make it even easier to use, and adds the new National Highways logo, on its own and in examples. It continues to implement the 2021 IHE Sign Structures Guide, having been the first system to do so back in February.
The new features include:
Two methods have been provided for rotating map blocks to make it easier to create signs for other approaches to the same junction.
Copying blocks from another file has been made quicker and now includes automatic renaming of any sub-blocks that have conflicting names with different blocks already in the file.
For use on a network, administrators may lock the drawing layout files, schedule templates and export options.
Setting up layout templates for drawings had been improved in two ways, including allowing changes made in the editor to be previewed directly.
Many support sections have been added or updated in SignLoad.
Those with current support contracts can download the upgrade now from our User Area.
